NAA/NMHC and a coalition have submitted a letter identifying EPA’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule. The coalition letter states that while we support reducing lead-based paint, we are concerned that EPA’s changes and planned changes to the RRP rule will create expensive disincentives to ongoing repair and rehabilitation activities.
