 NAA/NMHC Question Need for New Duplicative Rating System

NAA/NMHC have written to the Department of Energy questioning its proposed National Asset Rating Program for Commercial Buildings. This program would rate new and existing buildings on their expected energy performance based on the building's physical characteristics without including operational considerations or actual utility data. (September 22, 2011)
