This letter from NAA/NMHC supports approval of HR 3547 scheduled for delivery on Monday morning from NMHC/NAA to House members. The bill would increase the FHA multifamily loan limits for elevator buildings and significantly increase them in high-cost areas and facilitate new construction in major US cities. NAA/NMHC will be joining the other real estate groups on a separate joint industry letter in support of the bill’s passage as well.
