NAA/NMHC have just released a new pro-apartment ad with the tagline, “Sometimes Living The Dream Mean Rethinking It.” The ad will run in publications targeting members of Congress, beginning with a special issue of the National Journal.
The ad contrasts a visual of suburban sprawl with a pedestrian-friendly apartment community to demonstrate how the “American Dream” is changing through shifting demographics and a new consumer thinking about the many benefits of multifamily housing.
The ad is available for affiliates, apartment firms and trade publications to use in their publications and in apartment community publications.
A CD with the artwork for the ad in several sizes is being sent to affiliates. Other members that would like to use the ad should contact Greg Brown.
