NAA and its Affiliates monitor legislation and regulations in all 50 states and shares that information with local and state affiliate staff. NAA, through the Joint Legislative Program with the National Multi Housing Council, protects and represents your interests with regard to legislative and regulatory issues at the federal government level.

Key Contacts are NAA members from all regions of the country who can be called on from time-to-time to personally contact their elected federal officials to advocate NAA's position on important legislative issues.

Better Government Fund

The NAA Better Government Fund is organized to provide support for national political parties, ballot initiatives, statewide candidates (who can accept corporate contributions) and administrative expenses of the NAAPAC.

ApartmentVotesCount.Org is your election resource containing information about the Candidates, where they stand on the issues important to our industry, and a locator to help you find your polling place.

NAA/NMHC Joint Legislative Program

The NAA and the NMHC unite to support legislative and regulatory policies that enable the nation's 25 million multifamily rental housing units to continue to provide high quality homes that remain accessible and affordable.

NAAPAC

The NAAPAC seeks to support Congressional candidates who represent good government and understand the needs and concerns of the multifamily housing industry.
