Maintenance Mania® is a national program offered by the National Apartment Association (NAA) and presented by HD Supply (HDS), where maintenance technicians are able to compete against each other in various skill-based games.

Maintenance Mania® Games
There are eight events that are standard for all Maintenance Mania® programs. Each race is open to every Maintenance Mania® participant:
- GE Appliance Repair
- Armor Concepts Door Jamb Armor Installation
- Pfirst Series by Price Pfister Faucet Installation
- Kidde Smoke and CO Alarm Installation
- Kwikset SmartKey Lockset Re-Key
- Seasons Ceiling Fan Installation
- Fluidmaster Toilet Repair
- Philips Race Car Competition
Awards are determined by each affiliate for their event. It is recommended that awards be given to the three fastest competitors in each of the eight events.
Maintenance Mania® National Championship Qualifying Awards
Maintenance Mania® participants who declare their interests in competing for the National Championship Qualifying Competition MUST compete in all 7 skill competitions and enter a car in the race car competition.
- Awarded to the three fastest competitors in the National Championship Qualifying Program
- Race Car Design Awards are given to the individuals who receive the highest total votes for the following categories:
- "Best Use of Maintenance Supplies"
- "Best Design"
Individuals are NOT allowed to compete in more than one Maintenance Mania® event per year.
National Winners
The top finalists asked to compete in the Maintenance Mania® National Championships 2010 will receive free air fare, hotel accommodations, and registration to the NAA Educational Conference and Exposition in New Orleans.
National Championship winners receive:
- 1st place: The winner receives CAMT scholarships from NAA and the local affiliate (if offered). They will also receive various prizes donated by the National Sponsors and HD Supply.
- 2nd place and 3rd place: The winners will receive various prizes donated to them by the National Sponsors and HD Supply.
