Registration Category Descriptions & Policies

Full Registration Includes:

• All NAA Education and Thought Leader Sessions
• All NAA General Sessions

• Tickets for cash/prize giveaways

Note: Registering as Association Staff renders you ineligible to participate in any prize giveaways and the Grand Prize Giveaway.

Spouse/Guest Registration

Includes all of the above EXCEPT eligibility for the cash/prize giveaways. One non-NAA member spouse/guest registrant is permitted per registered attendee. Names will be verified against the NAA membership database.

Thursday Conference Pass Receives Access to:
All NAA Education and Thought Leader Sessions on Thursday, Conference Kick-Off Celebration on Thursday, Thursday General Session, Trade Show Floor Access on Thursday, Lunch on Thursday, Maintenance Mania National Championship, and one ticket for the NSC Sponsored Opening Party.

Friday Conference Pass Receives Access to:

Saturday Conference Pass Receives Access to:
All NAA Education and Thought Leader Sessions on Saturday and the Saturday General Session.

Daily Trade Show Only Passes—Not Valid for Non-Exhibiting Suppliers
Non-Exhibiting Suppliers are NOT allowed on the Trade Show Floor without a Full Paid Conference Registration.  If you would like to participate in the Trade Show, please contact Heather Teplitz at heather@naahq.org.

Daily Conference Passes and Trade Show Only Policies & Procedures

Daily Conference passes and Trade Show Only passes are not valid for non-exhibiting suppliers. To verify if you are considered a supplier, please review NAA’s list of business categories as identified by our National Supplier’s Council.  Non-exhibiting suppliers are not permitted on the Trade Show floor without a paid full conference registration. 

Attendee lists will be audited and if your company classifies under one of our business categories, we reserve the right to cancel your registration. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your cancellation status, and will be provided an opportunity to register as full conference attendee.

If you are interested in exhibiting, please call the NAA Sales Department at 703/518-6141 ext. 131 or visit the Exhibitor Information page. If you are considering exhibiting in future shows, you may schedule an appointment for an escorted tour of the Trade Show.

Please note that while all NAA conference exhibitors/registrants are invited to the Education Conference & Exposition, any exhibitor/attendee/third party who is observed to be soliciting business in the hotel and/or convention center meeting rooms, session rooms, public spaces, aisles of the exhibit hall or in another company/exhibitor’s booth, will be removed from the event immediately. Additional penalties will be applied. Violations will be reported by exhibitors/attendees to show management for immediate action.

Substitutions

All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by 11:59pm PST on May 23, 2011, and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. A letter from the original registrant must be accompanied by the substitution request. After May 23, 2011 all changes must be processed onsite in Las Vegas and are subject to the $25 administrative fee, per name change.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. PST on February 25, 2011 will receive a full refund minus the mandatory administration fee. Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. PST on May 23, 2011 will receive a 50% refund (administration fee not applied). NO REFUNDS will be permitted after May 23, 2011. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the NAA Registration Center at naaregistration@jspargo.com.
