Attendees are required to register and pay for the conference prior to making hotel reservations. You must have a registration confirmation number in order to access the housing reservations system.
Housing for the 2011 National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference & Exposition is closed. If you need to make changes to your hotel reservations prior to June 3, you can send an e-mail to
naahousing@jspargo.com. After June 3, please contact your assigned hotel directly to make changes to your hotel reservation.
If you need to make new room reservations for the NAA Education Conference & Exposition, please contact the hotels directly at the numbers listed below. Rooms and rates are now subject to availability.

Changes/Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel hotel reservation(s) prior to May 20, 2011, please send an e-mail to naahousing@jspargo.com. After May 20, please contact your assigned hotel directly to make changes or cancellations. If you cancel your reservation after May 20, 2010 directly with your hotel, please be sure to obtain a cancellation number. Rooms cancelled after 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the one night room and tax deposit.
