How to Reserve Exhibit Space
View all available booths on the live floor plan. Make sure to click on “view available booths” button located on the bottom left hand side of the floor plan, all booths in blue are available.
Select your booth and click on the link to the contract.
Renewing 2010 Exhibitors please enter your company’s renewal code, all New Exhibitors please click on “I Need Space”
Follow instructions to fill out the online exhibit space contract.
NAA recommends that you carefully review each of the following:
Exhibit Space Rate: Booths may be purchased in increments of 10’x10’ / 100 sq.ft. of space. Member $3,000 / Non-member $3,400
Payments: All booth space requires a 100% payment to accompany the Exhibit Booth Contract. Exhibit booths will not be assigned until full payment for space has been received.

Each exhibiting company receives three (3) complimentary booth personnel badges per 10’x10’ booth space. Discount on Full Conference Registration Badges is available.

A basic online and printed company directory listing
Marketing Tools to promote your booth before the conference
Complimentary Expo Pass to distribute to your clients
Inline Booths (10’x10’ – 10’x30’) receives 8’ high pipe and drape back walls, 3’ high draped side rails and a complimentary company sign.
Your exhibit space rental does NOT include:
Carpet
Electricity or any electrical services
Freight Handling Labor
Installation and Dismantle Labor
Booth Cleaning – Champion provides aisle cleaning each night and once before the show opens. If you would like to purchase booth cleaning for your exhibit, see the “Booth Cleaning & Porter Services” order form, which will be provided in your service kit.
Lead Retrieval System- J.Spargo & Associates will have lead retrieval options available to rent, all information will be provided in your service kit.
