NAAEI Learning Management System (LMS)

On the LMS, you can track your attendance at classroom-delivered courses and seminars, and take online courses or recorded webinars 24 hours a day! You can take more than 40 courses without leaving your office or home, and you are able to go at your own pace.

1. Before you begin taking a course, you must first locate your local Apartment Association by clicking here.

2. If you do not see your association listed, please see below how to access the NAAEI LMS.

Upon completion, you will be able to print a certificate. Each online course is worth Continuing Education Credits (CECs) that can be used towards NAAEI designations.

When you sign up, you will also be provided with a personal profile with a printable transcript that will keep track of all your completed courses.
