GENERAL:
1. Is the whole CAM course online?
Yes! The whole CAM course is available online.
2. How much does it cost? What does that include?
$699.99 - This cost includes the whole CAM online program, including the online community analysis project, and the first exam. If you do not pass the exam on the first try, you make retake the exam for a $30 fee.
3. Are you going to send me a paper manual?
No, the whole program, including all of the instructional materials, is delivered through an online portal.
4. How many modules are included in CAM Online?
The online CAM course is taught in 4 modules, plus the community analysis project. The 4 online modules (110, 112, 114, and 116) are equivalent to the following 8 CAM Modules: Management of Residential Issues, Legal Responsibilities, Human Resource Management, Fair Housing, Marketing, Property Maintenance for Managers, Risk Management, and Financial Management. The final project (Course 118) is equivalent to the CAM Community Analysis Module.
5. How long do I have to take the CAM Online Course?
You must complete the course within 1 year of your enrollment date. After that time, you will no longer have access to the CAM Online portal. For extension information, please contact NAAEI at education@naahq.org or 703/518-6141, Ext 132.
6. What are all of the requirements for taking the CAM Online Course?
To complete the CAM Online Course, you must take all 5 modules, pass the CAM Online Comprehensive Exam, and receive a passing grade on your CAM Community Analysis Project.
7. Is it possible to take the CAM Course in parts?
Yes! You may purchase the CAM Online course one module at a time by accessing the NAA store, and click on NAAEI Online Education. The cost for the topical modules is $175, and the Community Analysis module is $50. You are required to complete all 4 topical modules, the online exam, and the Community Analysis in order to obtain the CAM Designation.

ENROLLMENT:
1. How do I enroll in CAM Online? How do my students enroll in CAM Online?
Enrolling in CAM Online is the same as enrolling in CAM with an affiliate association; the only difference is that you will select “YY- NAAEI Online Program (CAM only)” as your sponsor, instead of a local apartment association.
2. I tried to enroll, but the system says I’m already enrolled. What do I do?
Please contact NAAEI so that we can delete your previous enrollment.

PAYMENT:
1. I enrolled, but I can’t figure out how to pay.
Please make sure you are enrolled in CAM Online. If they you are, please contact NAAEI at education@naahq.org or 703/518-6141, Ext 132 for assistance.
2. Can I pay with a check? My company wants to pay for the course for me.
Yes! We can process an invoice for you. Please call us at 703-518-6141, or contact us at education@naahq.org.
3. Do you have a payment plan?
Yes! You may purchase the CAM Online Course in 4 installments of $175 each, and purchase the Community Analysis module separately. You are required to complete all 4 topical modules, the online exam, and the Community Analysis in order to obtain the CAM Designation.
4. When can I start taking the course?
You may access the CAM Online Portal 48 hours after we receive your payment.
5. I have enrolled and paid, but I’ve changed my mind about taking this course. Can I get a refund?
If you need to cancel your online course, you may only do so within seven days from the date of payment. Refund requests must be made in writing to Lesley Packel at lesley@naahq.org. You will receive a refund of the purchase price less a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the request, and in the same form as payment was received. No refunds or cancellations will be granted after 7 days from the purchase date.

EXAM:
1. I have taken all of the CAM Online modules, and would like to take the comprehensive exam. What do I do next?
Please contact Lesley Packel at lesley@naahq.org. Once we verify that you have completed the first 4 modules, we will send you an eligibility code to take the exam. Detailed information regarding the online exam is available here. You must be logged in to see this information.
2. I didn’t pass the exam on the first try. Can I take it again?
You may retake the exam for a $30 fee. This fee is paid with a credit card online at the time you retake the exam. There is a seven day waiting period between testing times.
3. How many questions does the exam have? How long do I have to take the exam?
The CAM Online exam is 200 questions; timed for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
4. When will I get my results?
You will get their results immediately after taking the exam. It is important that NAAEI has valid and up-to-date e-mail information so NAAEI can provide you your results. Update your information here.
