Job Seeker Resources

The NAA Career Center is an absolutely FREE service to the job seeker.  Job Seekers can search and apply for any position posted on the NAA Career Center via the Internet.    Our goal is to  provide job seekers with the best resources available to get connected with the leading employers.

The NAA Career Center provides job seekers with several specialized resources:

Personal Account--Job seekers can create their own confidential account when they apply for a job or submit their resume to the resume database. The job seeker account stores their contact information, cover letter, text resume, any additional resumes, applications to employers, and any other documents chosen by the job seeker.

Job Search Options--The NAA Career Center allows job seekers to choose how they want to access the job database. Searches can be initiated by keywords, by choosing "View All Jobs", and/or by using an advanced search engine with multiple criteria.

New Job Alerts (Notify Me!)--Job Seekers can create multiple job search agents and receive an email notification when employers post a new position matching their specified criteria.

Resume Database Enrollment--Registered job seekers can create an online resume to be searchable by employers.  Job Seekers can choose for their resumes to be stored in the database in a "public" (full resume and contact information) or "confidential" (Identity and contact information withheld) capacity. A confidential submission means an employer can only contact the applicant using a "blind" email.

Personal Account Resume Storage--Job seekers can upload or copy and paste up to 3 original format resumes or other documents of any type. The documents are stored in the job seekers account, and can be sent to prospective employers when applying for a job.

Personal Account Administration--This allows a job seeker to view the dates and corresponding names of all companies for which they have submitted an application to the employer. Information will also be displayed to the job seeker indicating whether the position is still open.

Networking--"Tell a Friend" application enables a job seeker to send job information to other individuals via an automated email system. Emails include a link to the particular job detail at the NAA Career Center.

Login and Password Lookup--Online login/password reminder system will email forgotten login/password information upon confirmation of email address.
