Company Description, Logo, and Link---Job detail screens includes the employers logo, direct link to the employers web site, employers profile, and a link to all of the employers job listings posted on the NAA Career Center.
Job Descriptions---Each job listing can include specific desired skill questions that are weighted by level of proficiency and years of experience. Applicants can be required to respond to job skill questions and are automatically ranked as a percentage "fit". The form does not limit the length of the job description and can be cut and pasted to the account. Employers can preview their job listings prior to posting and utilize HTML tags if desired to enhance their listing.
HR Manager (Applicant Tracking System)---Employer accounts offer job management information including number of detailed views, apply clicks, emailed to a friend, applications, and job posting and closing dates in the Active and Inactive Job Statistics menu. All applications are sorted and stored either by date or job position applied for in the applicant tracking system located in the reports menu. Applications are also delivered to the employer via email including the skill matching percentage, a cover letter, text resume and any other documents the candidates choose to submit.
Resume Search---Employers can access unlimited resume searching via their employer account. The resume database consists of registered job seekers that have submitted their resume to the resume database as either "public" (full response) or "confidential" (identity and contact information withheld). A confidential submission means an employer can only contact the applicant by using a "blind" email.
Wrap Jobs from Your Company Website---We offer a job-wrapping service to pull all relevant job postings from your company website and place them directly onto the NAA Career Center and ApartmentCareers.Com networks.
