Bio: David Carner has more than 17 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. He joined RealPage in 1996 following the acquisition of Credit Interfaces, Inc., a San Diego–based leading provider of applicant screening products to the multifamily industry. David’s background includes expertise in screening and online marketing. In his career at RealPage, he has managed sales, operations, product development, and product marketing. David was responsible for the launch of OneSite Screening, RealPage’s first and most widely used web-based software application. Additionally, he directed the growth of the CrossFire product family into an industry-leading provider of online leasing, web marketing, call measurement, and call center services from 2003 through 2006. David holds Fair Credit Reporting Act certification from the Consumer Data Industry Association, and has consulted with many customers, both conventional and affordable, on individual risk management strategies. He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a masters of business administration from Southern Methodist University.
