With less than a month remaining until the presidential elections, everyone is talking about jobs and unemployment rates. The news is full of reports of people who have been out of work for more than a year and still can’t secure jobs. And, some of those people with jobs may be looking for greener pastures elsewhere but aren’t sure how to qualify for the job they really want.
