I discovered ‘soft pants’ last month. This is an actual thing. They’re those pants for women—usually tapered at the ankle—that look (and feel) like classy pajamas acceptable for daytime wear. Sometimes they have patterns. Always they are soft.
These soft pants are slowly yet steadily changing my life. I’m concerned I may never return to hard pants. Goodbye, jeans. You were good to me.

There’s a major misconception and reality of what affordability means to college students seeking off-campus housing.

Let’s be honest—some of us don’t look quite as bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as we did on Wednesday. Others may have significantly less money than when they arrived. Roulette players, I’m talkin’ to you.
But hey—we’ve also learned a tremendous amount about industry best practices, discovered new products and services, and connected with colleagues and friends, both new and old. Plus we watched...
