Lisa Trosien has 20+ years of multifamily housing management experience. A frequent presenter on the national level, including for NAA events and its affiliates. Lisa is a curriculum development content specialist and has contributed to the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) program, the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) program, the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) program, as well as the Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians (CAMT) program.

She is Owner and Moderator of the APT Listserv, an e-mail discussion group for industry professionals. She is a founding member of the Apartment All Stars (www.ApartmentAllStars.com), a team of industry professionals dedicated to providing top quality educational programming to apartment associations across the United States.
