As a Regional Property Manager for the Core Realty Holdings Ms. Goodman is responsible for the overall management of a portfolio of ten properties consisting of 3100 conventional  units. Ms. Goodman is a board member of the Apartment Association of North Carolina, a member of the IREM National Executive Committee, the IREM Foundation Board of Directors, IREM Chapter #56 Past President and an NC Real Estate Broker.
