Institute for Rental Housing Studies (IRHS)

8th Annual Meeting
February 3 - 6, 2015
Park City, Utah

Registration is now open for the 8th Annual Institute for Rental Housing Studies (IRHS). Executives working for companies involved in multifamily ownership, management, development and investment are invited to participate in the program at NO COST*. This includes all scheduled meetings, meals, receptions and lift tickets for two days skiing and/or snowboarding at Park City Resort and one day skiing at Deer Valley. Snowmobiling is also offered one day on a limited participant basis.

*Please note that a credit card charge of $295 will be required to register for the program but the charge will be FULLY refunded at the end of the program if you attended any of the events or if you cancel within 14 days of the program. As always, participants are also responsible for all travel costs to and from Park City, lodging expenses, any on-mountain expenses, as well as any ski/snowboard rental costs.

The IRHS is very excited as well to announce our continued partnership with the National Apartment Association (NAA) in 2015!

As always you can plan on thought-provoking meetings coupled with multiple opportunities to collaborate, share ideas and socialize with your peers. The IRHS provides a relaxed setting to allow participants unparalleled peer-to-peer exchanges, learning and networking with other corporate multifamily executives.

Here's a very partial list of some options -- but my personal favorite is VRBO (currently featuring 210 properties in Park City, Old Town South). You can find some pretty good deals especially if you have several people that want to go in on the rental. Other good options include:
