The Bay County Multi-Housing Association is a non-profit association of Apartment Communities and Vendors who come together to promote, encourage, and educate our members to maintain a high standard of integrity to better serve the interests of the rental housing industry and the public.

We provide a common forum and network for multi-housing professionals and the businesses that provide services to us. Through our affiliation with the Florida Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, we promote and assist the enactment, enforcement and maintainment of local, state and federal laws and regulations beneficial to the rental housing industry.
