Renting 101

If you are looking to rent for the first time, or just would like to educate yourself about the TAA Lease and  rental guidelines; you should consider taking the online course through TAA's Renting 101. This comprehensive free course will guide you through the rental process. If you are interested in this course simply go to www.taa.org, click on Renter Info, then follow the guidelines to begin.

 

RESIDENT COMPLAINTS / GRIEVANCES

  • All complaints against owner members must be in writing
  • Submitted to the Association office
  • The Association Executive will then contact the complainant and the owner member to verify the complaint and the status of the complaint
  • If the problem has not been resolved, the Association Executive will then forward the complaint with any information obtained from contact to the Grievance Committee for review
  • The Grievance Committee will then forward the complaint to the owner member and/or owner/Management Company with a letter requesting response within 5 business days of receipt
  • Upon receipt of the owner’s response, a meeting shall be called by the Grievance Committee for review
  • The committee’s decision shall be forwarded to the complainant and the owner member and/or owner/Management Company within 45 days.
