Becoming a member of the Big County Apartment Association…
Fill out and submit an application along with the appropriate membership dues. Your application will be brought before the Board of Directors at their next regularly scheduled meeting for approval. Once approved, you can begin enjoying all the benefits of belonging to the BCAA, TAA and NAA!
- Dues structure for Owner/Property members is a base fee of $159.00 plus $3.00 per each rental unit. (ex. 100 unit property = $159.00 + $300.00 = $459.00 total membership dues for the 2008-2009 year).
- Affiliate/Products & Services membership dues are $209.00 for the 2008-2009 year.
