ARLINGTON, Va., June 13, 2012 -- The most widely used residential lease in the country, utilized by more than 15,000 apartment communities, has expanded its operations to 44 states. As of June 15, an apartment lease for the states of South Dakota and North Dakota will be available through the NAA National Lease Program.
The South Dakota and North Dakota leases were meticulously reviewed by Glenn J. Boomsma, Esq., of Breit Law Offices, P.C. and Michael Semko, Esq., of the National Apartment Association to ensure the utmost jurisprudence for jurisdictions in South Dakota and North Dakota.
“NAA is excited to expand the National Lease Program to 44 states with the new South Dakota and North Dakota leases,” says NAA Counsel and Vice President Michael Semko. “The NAA Lease Program will provide a new and valuable benefit for our members in the state. We look forward to continuing to assist the South Dakota Multi-housing Association and North Dakota Apartment Association to increase membership offerings.”
The addition of the South Dakota and North Dakota expands the National Lease Program’s operating states to 44. A state-specific lease for West Virginia is being reviewed by the NAA National Lease Program and is expected to be released in the near future.
