ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 6, 2011 – The National Lease Program is excited to announce that as of December 15, a new student housing lease will be available for the state of Alabama.
The newly developed Student Housing Lease addresses issues regarding the definition of parties to the lease, the lease term, rent and charges, utilities, security devices, damages and reimbursement, rent increases, repairs, notices, default by resident and more.
Currently, the Student Housing Lease is also available in Texas and Florida. The National Lease Program will launch the student housing specific lease in North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Mississippi and Michigan in the future. The expansion of Student Housing specific leases for the remaining 40 states in which the National Lease Program currently operates will follow, based on demand and pending legal review.
