ARLINGTON, Va., August 23, 2010 – The National Apartment Association (NAA) has launched its new Maintenance Mania® website, located here. The dramatically redesigned site, represents the association’s forward–thinking vision and continued commitment to the Maintenance Mania® program. The new website includes anything and everything you would need to know about Maintenance Mania® and offers:
• Rich content provided by NAA staff and affiliated associations
• Direct access to event calendar and news
• Streamlined searching and more intuitive navigation
“The site’s homepage welcomes visitors with bold new colors, a clean uncluttered design, with featured content centered on NAA’s goal to improve the way we communicate with our members," said NAA President Douglas Culkin, CAE. "We have completely overhauled the website format by putting the member first with clear, easy-to-find information."
In conjunction with the release of the new website, NAA has also launched Maintenance Mania® Facebook and Twitter fan pages where affiliates and competitors can share tips, news and other information pertaining to the program. The fan pages can be accessed directly from the new website.

About Maintenance Mania®
Maintenance Mania® is a national competition where maintenance technicians compete against each other in various skill-based games. The games are focused on frequent maintenance issues, plus one race car building competition!
Competitors can participate in events offered by local NAA affiliates to win various local awards. Local winners then have a chance to compete at the National Championships held at the annual NAA Education Conference & Exposition.
