Arlington, VA, Dec. 2, 2008 – The National Apartment Association (NAA) has announced its Executive Panel for the 2009 NAA Student Housing Conference & Exposition, scheduled Feb. 2-4, 2009, in Las Vegas.
“The knowledge that the Executive Panel will lend to the 2009 NAA Student Housing Conference & Exposition will be an indispensible tool for anyone who attends the conference,” said NAA President Doug Culkin, CAE. “We expect their discussion topic to be on the forefront of tomorrow’s issues in student housing.”
The Executive Panel will present during the opening general session Feb. 3. Mike Peter, President and CEO of Campus Advantage, will moderate a panel comprised from a select group of industry leaders.
The panelists are Bill Bayless, President of American Campus Communities; Mike Mouron, President and CEO of Capstone; Jim Short, President and CEO of Campus Living Village; and Tom Trubiana, Chief Investment Officer of Education Realty Trust. This panel will share relevant and topical information as it relates to the student housing industry.
NAA’s Student Housing Conference & Exposition is geared toward operational and management professionals. In 2008, more than 500 people attended this conference, with attendance expected to exceed that number in 2009.
