What is the NAA Lease Program?
The NAA Lease Program is a software program developed in conjunction with Blue Moon Software to generate lease contracts and forms easier and more efficiently. The software uses the same basic lease template from state to state with variation only in state law.
NAA constantly monitors state legislatures to ensure that no measure has been passed into law that would invalidate your lease. When changes in the law occur, the NAA lease attorney and attorneys in your state review the lease and make changes as necessary. The updated materials are made available for download to program subscribers, so you will always have the most up-to-date version. With each lease you get a team of lease experts free!
NAA’s Lease Program is perfect for smaller owners, since its legality is constantly being monitored and updated. Larger companies also benefit from the Lease Program because it allows standardization of lease terms through default values.
