Forms Online Tutorial Launched: The NAA National Lease Program and Blue Moon Software are pleased to announce the release of our new Forms Online tutorial. The tutorial is a valuable training tool showing how to use the online forms processor. The tutorial consists of seven training modules that take less than thirty minutes to review. Attention NAA National Lease Program Customers: NAA's legal staff is happy to report that the Pennsylvania Lease and accompanying addenda have received Plain Language Preapproval from Pennsylvania's Office of Attorney General. Though preapproval is not required by law, it provides a safe harbor for owners using NAA's lease that the forms pass muster under the requirements of Pennsylvania's plain language statute.

What is the NAA Lease Program?
The NAA Lease Program is a software program developed in conjunction with Blue Moon Software to generate lease contracts and forms easier and more efficiently.

Software Pricing and Policies
A community must be a member in good standing of an NAA affiliated apartment association (or a direct member of NAA if a local or state affiliate does not exist) to participate.

NAA Lease Program Forms & Addenda
The NAA Lease Program offers 23 forms and addenda; eleven forms are available for free; twelve forms are available for a fee.

How to Enroll
To participate in the NAA Lease Program each community needs (1) a site license, (2) the forms software, and (3) “clicks” for printing forms. Read more about how to enroll here.
