To ensure a room reservation in your preferred hotel, register for the conference today. The NAA Conference & Exposition has an integrated online registration and housing system. You are required to register and pay for the NAA Conference & Exposition in order to access the hotel reservation service.

  NAA Attendee Online housing reservations and changes are no longer being accepted online as of June 1, 2010 beginning at 1 pm ET.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is a necessary step that must be taken to ensure the hotels receive accurate and up-to-date information from our housing bureau. If you need to make housing updates or new reservations, please follow the directions below:

  NEW HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS
  If you are looking to make a hotel room reservation at an official NAA Hotel between June 1-7, 2010, please email the NAA Housing Bureau at naahousing@jspargo.com. All new hotel reservations must be received in writing and cannot be made over the phone. 

CANCELLATIONS OR UPDATES
Please call our housing bureau directly (866-470-7778) if you need to cancel or change your reservation at 866-470-7778 or email to naahousing@jspargo.com

• After June 8, 2010
  NEW RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, OR UPDATES: Attendees must contact their conference hotel(s) directly if you need to make a new housing reservation, or change/cancel an existing reservation.

Shuttle Service
Complimentary daily shuttle service will be provided between Morial Convention Center and the Hilton Riverside New Orleans, W Hotel, Loews and Doubletree.  Service will begin operating on Tuesday, June 22 and continue during all official conference functions through closing on Saturday, June 26.

Changes/Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel hotel reservation(s) prior to May 22, 2010 please send an e-mail to naahousing@jspargo.com. After May 22, 2010 please contact your assigned hotel directly to make changes or  cancellations. If you cancel your reservation after May 22, 2010 directly with your hotel, please be sure to obtain a cancellation number. Rooms cancelled after 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the one night room and tax deposit.

The NAA 2010 Education Conference & Exposition will be held in the Hilton New Orleans Riverside & Morial Convention Center. Visit the Convention Center Web site for detailed directions, a map to the Convention Center, and a map of available parking.
