It's a serious, focused, long-term effort to address what many believe is the number one challenge facing our industry - identifying, attracting and retaining high quality, motivated employees with requisite skills, attitude and energy to drive success.
At NAA's Education Institute, we are intensifying our efforts to provide our professionals with the development and training opportunities they need to enhance -and advance- their careers. We are also working wiht Community and Technical Colleges to develop a new pipeline of skilled talent.
